[Eric] ANN: eric 18.11 released

Hi,

I just uploaded eric 18.11. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.
* IRC
* added support for some of the "/" commands to the user list context menu
* Translator
* changed DeepL support to DeepL Pro
* VCS
* added capability to show some VCS information in the status bar of the
main window (next to the VCS status indicator)

It is available via the eric web site.
